LA-150 Mk II Signature Edition Upgrades

The upgrade to LA-150 MkII SE is available to the owners of LA-150 MkII for $1,750  plus shipping.

LA-150 Mk II Upgrades

Older versions of the LA-150 can be upgraded to the MKII by returning them to Joule Electra. The cost of the upgrade is $575 plus return shipping ($100). This upgrade is restricted to four tube versions of the signal board. The small number of LA-100's that were upgraded to 150's cannot be upgraded to the MKII.

If you return your 150 for the upgrade please ship in the original box and include a check for $675 to cover the modifications and the return freight. If you do not have the original carton, then include and additional $75 for a new shipping container for the return shipment.

Modifications for the
LA-100 Mk.III and the OPS-1 and OPS-2 Phono Stages

There are several modifications available for the Mark II versions of the above products.

NEW TUBE OUTPUT STAGE

• This involves the modification of the circuit board to accomodate the 6350 tube as the Mu Follower output stage and involves some minor power supply modifications - $425 US plus freight.

REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM

• This involves the installation of the completely new volume/balance system which is covered in the white paper - $600 US plus freight, $500 US when done with the tube mod above.
• The volume/balance control system can be added without the remote - $350 US plus freight, $300 when done with the tube mod above.

VOLUME CONTROL FOR THE OPS SERIES

• A volume control can be added to the OPS Phono amps to allow them to be stand-alone systems. This involves an increase in usable gain of 6 dB - $350 US plus freight.

REMOTE VOLUME CONTROL FOR THE OPS SERIES

• A volume only remote can be added to the OPS Phono amps. This includes the volume mod above - $600 US plus freight.
